You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Course Access
Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course content for personal, non-commercial use, subject to any course-specific timeline.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not share, resell, or publicly distribute course materials.
- Do not interfere with the platform or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.
5. Payments and Refunds
Prices are listed in USD and may change. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Self-paced courses are refundable within 14 days if under 20% progress. Live workshops are refundable up to 72 hours before start. Refunds may be declined in cases of abuse or policy violation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos are owned by Quickdune Herb Studio or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are educational. We do not provide medical or professional advice. Growing outcomes vary based on environment and care beyond our control. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
